Q: Mountain Lion: Problem with Internet (Wifi and ethernet)

Good morning,

I'm sorry for bad english, my primary language is Portuguese.

I looked at community before asking here, I have found the same problem (here and at others forums), but the problem remains after trying all that I found...

The problem: My internet down (a lot of times) and I can't access nothing (at my work and my home). It remains for seconds.

At my work, I access the Internet under a proxy and a lot of Mac users (previous versions) and PC connects with success... I'm the only one with trouble.

At my home I have a Time Capsule (2TB model - with the guest connection turned off) as main router, connected at a Cable modem and configured as default... PS: I can access the Time Capsule data with Internet problems...

I've tried many thing, between change the MTU value, reinstalling the OS (a lot of times), creating a new location, changing the TC channel, changing browsers and others...

I took the equipment in assistance few months ago, they did the complete test and they found nothing, I'm thinking on getting back there...

I do not know what to do...

Details of MBP:

Macbook Pro 9,2 (middle 2012)

OS X 10.8.4

All programs (and system) are up to date.

My home network:

  • Cable modem

  • Time Capsule

  • Apple TV3

  • Macbook Pro 2012

  • Notebook Windows 7

  • Samsung Galaxy S3

  • Iphone 4S

  • PS3

  • Nintendo Wii

Anyone with any ideas? I appreciate all of that!

Thanks all!

Regards,
