Apple TV Movie Purchase Download Error

I have purchased the movie "Stoker" thru my old AppleTV, and is has downloaded with error, as when I start to play it the only thing I see is a blank screen with no sound, and the subtitles keep showing. Tried deleting it and redownloading but same keeps happening. Help...
