On your daughter's iPad, make sure the account signed in to the iTunes Store is her new account and not yours as per this article:
iOS: Changing the signed-in iTunes Store Apple ID account
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1311
Changing your Apple ID account
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.
The other account you may want to check for the correct Apple ID would be iCloud, if you are using it. They may be the same or different. Here is how to check:

Ensure that you are actively logged in to iCloud with your Apple ID on your iOS device, Mac, or PC:
- iOS 5 or later:
- Tap Settings > iCloud.
- Review the iCloud settings to ensure the account is set up properly.
I hope this helps!
