I have pressed the forget this device on Bluetooth.How do I retrieve this device on my iPhone 4?

You must put the device into Pairing mode. You will have to check the device manual for how to do this.

Be sure Bluetooth is turned on in your iPhone. Then put the device you want to pair in pairing mode. The iPhone should discover the device again.
