You need to tell us in detail just what is happening. Any alerts that you encounter, as well as what you have tried to do your self to solve the issue. Until we actually have detailed info this is just a guessing game.
The OP has double posted on this. I asked a similar question to you ... but no response !
This error is recurrent, happened in the same game, they fixed after 2 days, and now is happening again
