I understand that you are getting a message about your account being disabled for security reasons. I know how eager you must be to resolve this issue with your Apple ID. Let me check this for you.


First, Apple protects accounts by disabling them when there are too many failed attempts to log in to an account. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.


Shahram, before you can access your account, you will need to reset its password. Kindly follow the steps in the "Changing your password" section on this webpage:

After you reset the password, try to log in again. If you still can't access your account, you'll need to contact our Account Security team for assistance.


To contact an Account Security Advisor, follow these steps:


1) Go to the Contact Apple Support page:

2) Choose "Lost or forgotten Apple ID password" (this option may already be selected), choose your country, and click Continue.

Let the Account Security Advisor know that you contacted iTunes Store Support by email, and give them your Case ID
