FusionMPT Messages
Hi everyone,
We are seeing "FusionMPT" messages in the system log of our MetaData controller and I'd like to understand if they are normal or not.
Whenever a Xsan client starts up or shuts down, we see these messages in the log (not errors, just messages):
May 31 08:48:03 user-85-201-62-25 kernel[0]: FusionMPT: Notification = 9 (Logout) for SCSI Domain = 1
May 31 08:48:03 user-85-201-62-25 kernel[0]: FusionMPT: Notification = 9 (Logout) for SCSI Domain = 0
May 31 08:48:03 user-85-201-62-25 kernel[0]: FusionMPT: Notification = 6 (Rescan) for SCSI Domain = 1
May 31 08:48:03 user-85-201-62-25 kernel[0]: FusionMPT: Notification = 6 (Rescan) for SCSI Domain = 0
I'd like to know if these messages are normal or the indication of an incorrect FC behaviour.
Thanks for any clue,
