White Macbook 2009 Repeated Kernel Panic

My white 13-inch late-2009 Macbook started experiencing repeated kernel panics when I updated to Snow Leopard a couple of years ago. Since then, I have clean installed Mountain Lion, upgraded the HDD and upgraded the RAM to try to solve the issue. In spite of this, the occurrences of kernel panics have become increasingly common (I have experienced three panics within the past 4 hours).

I want to know if this is a software or kext issue that I can solve without spending money on another hardware fix. Below is the panic report of the most recent case. I'd really appreciate any help in interpreting the information. Thanks!

Your RAM looks to be incorrect spec for that machine. You have 1333mHz RAM, and it should be as listed below.

Maximum Memory 8.0 GB (Actual) 4.0 GB (Apple)

Memory Slots 2 - 204-pin PC3-8500 (1066MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM

Follow stedman1's advice about the incorrect ram and also make sure that Paralells is up to date. You might consider removing it for awhile to make sure that it's not also causing problems. Paralells and this line in the report are the only things software that I think are suspicious

I've not seen that line and don't know what it might mean.
