I've been working with a group of App developers to test various iOS apps. Most of our work comes as .ipa and .app folders. How do I get that onto an iPod, iPad, or iPhone, without jailbreaking, SSH, or anything like that? Thanks!

Ahh I had one step wrong. The newer versions of iTunes have been throwing me off. Go to the Apps folder on the left in iTunes, then just drag and drop an UNZIPPER, non-ipa ".app" folder there. After clicking that, it can then be dragged to any attached devices. Well that was easy.
Im not very familiar with the developing program, but i want to get into it. If you are using xcode, doesnt it have a simulator?
