Can't register my UDID

I've just tried to install iOS 7 on my iPhone, and I just got it into my mind that I have a new device.

I tried to register my new UDID. In the member center clicked on Certificates, and I got this screen (on all of my devices): (I still have 45 days to renew)

It looks like it's completely messed up, or something wrong with the website?!
