I purchased in app credit from INJUSTUCE GAME  on ipad, but it doesn't work. I didn't get my credit. Unfortunatelly,I got reciept payment card total 43.90 $

    Most of the people on these public forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post


    You can either try the 'report a problem' from your purchase history on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
