Thank you for the question. There are a couple solutions that may resolve this issue. Downloading and installing iTunes again can correct this issue. Another possibility could be a unusable iTunes library file that might result in having to rebuild your iTunes library. This does not mean that your iTunes Media folder is compromised or damaged.
