Lost purchased music

I have purchased music in iTunes and then, due to unknown misteks, lost it. When I select the record in iTunes, it is indicated to be already purchased. However, when I follow the instruction to recover it, the only mesge I get is "no films puchased". What to do?

Music can't currently be re-downloaded in all countries - what can be re-downloaded where : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085


If you aren't in a country where music can currently be re-downloaded (i.e. you don't have a Music section in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone), and you haven't got them on your backup of your downloads, then you could try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download of them : : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
