How can a resolve my issue when siging in to iMessage and FaceTime

I am having this problem, The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later. When I sign in with my Apple ID is the same problem in FaceTime Help Please! I have verified the emails and all that. Im desesperate

iPhone 3G, iOS 4.2
