If there isn't a None option you could try a small iTunes Gift card.
Beware that following the instructions in the link given will require you to create a new Apple ID. The instructions do not work with an existing Apple ID. Multiple Apple IDs are a bad idea, many users find them confusing, especially if you aleady have bought content with the current ID. You will have to maintain both Apple IDs to keep the content up-to-date unless you choose to abandon the content and the old ID. Apple will not transfer content from one Apple ID to another and Apple will not merge Apple IDs.
What if I don't have the icon of "none" ? I want to remove the card in order to install apps.
