Q: What if someone has borrowed my movie and stole the digital activation code??? Can I gain access to my movie which was purchased from a store brand new???

I have purchased plenty of new movies from the store. I loaned a couple of them out and the digital copy and authorization code was used before I downloaded the movie to my computer/iTunes account. I am no longer on good terms with those that borrowed the movies but is there a way that I can be authorized to download the movies to my iTunes. Maybe find a way to deauthorize those who stole the digital copy and code and give me access to it? Is there something that Apple can do or the Movie Provider (i.e. WB, Disney, Universal, etc.)? Please let me know your thoughts.

If someone else redeemed your code, there's almost certainly nothing you can do. Apple can do nothing, and I doubt that the movie studios will help since the codes were taken because you loaned out the movies, not due to any failure of their distribution. If you cannot work this out with the person or persons who stole the codes, then you'll have to just buy the movies again if you want them in digital form.

    Regards.

    Excellent,

If I can get certain people to say hey I used it and I will give it back to you. How do I complete that? Do they deauthorize that music or gift it to me or what? Any help would be great! Thank you.

What about a code that has not been used by anyone but when I type it in it says it is not valid. It does not say that this code has already been used. It just says that this code is not valid. It is a Disney movie for my daughter. I checked the code with Disney and it shows as a valid code for that movie and should work. What steps would I take to get the code authorized through iTunes. Code is valid and unused according to Disney but iTunes says it is not valid.

Sorry, but once redeemed the code cannot be reused nor reclaimed, nor can the party who redeemed the code transfer the movie to you.

That could stil mean that the code has been redeemed, or it could be for an Ultraviolet movie rather than an iTunes Movie, or it may have expired. What movie would this be for?

This is for The Muppets: A Christmas Carol! This movie has never been lent out nor have I redeemed it. I did supply the information to Disney and they said it had only been activated under them but no other accounts (If that makes sense). There were only about 5 of my Digital Copy Movies that were lent out and "Stolen". The rest are working fine besides this Muppets movie.

What are the top 5 best programs that allow me to burn a Blu-Ray or DVD into the computer and convert it into a file that iTunes accepts so that I can get some of those movies onto devices for My Daughter.

Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated!

Disney doesn't even list a digital copy for The Muppets Christmas Carol:

but for those they do they say you have to redeem the code that came with the movie here:

    Did you try that?

Sorry, but breaking the copy protection, which would be necessary to copy the videos from the DVD/Blu-Ray and convert them, is illegal in the US (and other countries) and hence Apple explicitly forbids such posts. We're therefore not allowed to discuss it here.
