Sep 13, 2013 6:45 PM in response to kcvinwehoby Tired of Apple after 30 years,After weeks of trying, I can't make a fix for this problem "invisible text" and have no way to read any of my e-mails coming through on iCloud. This is as agrevating as my iPhone 5 showing "Can Not Connect To The iTunes Store." And it goes way back to Apple's Final Cut Pro back around 2000 not even bening compatible with a new OOS that Apple themselves released.
An Apple "Genius" at the Las Vegas store under Caesar's Palace wasn't able to even fix the "can not connect to the iTunes store..." If a "genius" can't figure out a fix and a lot of customers here are having problems with "invisible" text on iCloud, how does Apple expect long-time customers to be happy with Apple products and services?

Oct 16, 2013 9:48 AM in response to Tired of Apple after 30 yearsby diggler93,same with me, specifically on CNN Breaking News emails.
Apple...... hello?

Dec 5, 2013 11:24 AM in response to diggler93by Brent Rossow,Same here. It's been going on for months, and only with CNN Breaking News messages. Everything else is fine for me. This happens regardless of browser or platform -- happens on both Mac and Win7, in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE9/10/11. Viewing the source of the message when opened in a new window reveals that there's nothing between the BODY tags where the message content should be, so it's clearly not a browser issue and rather a fundamental problem with iCloud. I can view the same messages just fine in the Mail app on my Mac and on my Android phone and tablet. It's only through the iCloud web mail interface that there's an issue.

Feb 27, 2014 2:38 PM in response to kcvinwehoby kcvinweho,Has anyone found a solution to this apart from Reply? I'm still experiencing this problem, months after my original post. Reply doesn't work with all messages, if they're graphic-heavy I'm finding it only works about half the time. I've got to believe many more folks are being affected by this. Apple, can you get a fix for this?

Feb 28, 2014 6:36 AM in response to kcvinwehoby Brent Rossow,"Reply" and "Forward" don't even work for me with plain-text messages like CNN Breaking News (the only one with which I'm having trouble). I have to pull out my phone and read the messages there. Painful that my Android phone displays messages coming to my Apple-hosted email account but the Apple web client doesn't. Agree that a fix is long overdue.
