"We are unable to activate your Apple Development Membership."

So I used my wife's credit card to sign up for my developer membership, and I got an error when trying to activate it. I'm pretty sure this is due to the fact that my name doesn't match the name on the credit card I used, although apple has already charged me. I don't want to send it IDs and all of those annoying things. Can I contact apple development and ask for a refund? Will they refund me so I can just try again? How long will it take for apple to refund me so I can try again? Thanks in advance.User uploaded file
