Hi man, it's me again.
I think i figured out, what's wrong with the app, i finally could download the Hoenn Region, i think the app has certain delay with the store server, and some lack of quick response with the download bar and some problem with the background download as well. this is what i did and it works perfectly.
Steps:
Step 1: Go to General->Auto Lock->Never
Step 2: Restart Pokedex for iOS
Step 3: If the bar said Prepare Download then Click Restore, select OK then cancel, click any button in Pokemon Included then close.
Step 4: By now you should see that the bar is gone and now the price shows up
Step 5: Well now click on the region you have already purchased and type your password, it will pop-up a message saying you've already bought the in app purchase but it's not downloaded yet click OK, next step is important.
Step 6: Maybe, Maybe not, a message will pop-up saying Error: Cannot connect to itunes store(Do not close the app and urse me xD), just keep the app open right there.
Step 7: At this point you will say so? the bar is not running 😠, well leave the app open, do not touch your phone and leave it in some place with good Wi-Fi reception.
Step 8: Come back 10 or 15 min and you wouls see that the bar is now charging. if not just double tap the home button and open another app(Music, Settings, Photos, Camara), you must see the gear next to the Wi-Fi icon working, and return to the Pokedex for iOS by double tap the home button and you should see the bar charging now.
-If you do everything right and the bar still said Prepare Download, DO NOT CLOSE THE APP, just leave it there for another 25 min, and you should see now that the Region has been succesfully installed 😉.
Additional Step: if this doesn't work, try re-installing the app and start the steps.
Now i'm gonna tell you why this work for me:
I bought the Sinnoh Region hoping this fix the bug Cannot connect to itunes store, well the Sinnoh started very well and i said, ok lets the phone open with the app downloading the content and of course i deactivate the Auto-lock and i did step 1-5, after 10 min the Hoenn region started to work 🙂, once that region had been installed, the app update itself and now the Sinnoh got stuck, mmm that was weird i said, so i let the app again open and nothing happen after 10 min i did the step 7-8, and i got my purchases.
