Can someone help me with an Automator app. to turn on/off mousescrolling.

I'm used to have it turned on, but it behaves annoying when I use my CAD program Vectorworks.

I would like to have a small app. on my desktop to turn it off, without having to open System prefs > mouse > click button and close it again.

Can't be that difficult but I am an absolute nobody concerning Automator or Terminal

iMac 27, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 8 Gb RAM - 1,5 Tb harddisk
