Not under Mac OS X 10.6 for RAW. 10.7 supports it with iPhoto 9.4 or Aperture 3.4. Unfortunately you'll have to kiss your PowerPC software good bye, unless you want to run a special Parallels solution, or a separate partition running 10.6 on your machine, which would require cloning twice to two separate drives, and partitioning for just a 10.7 system with the iPhoto or Aperture version of your choice, leaving enough room for 10.6 and the applications that need it.
