Q: Stuck in guided access password keyboard changes into regular

Help,

I'm currently stuck in guided access.

When I try to fill in the password to get out, not the normal password keyboard appears but the regular letter keyboard instead!

I tried fillin in the digids on that keyboard but it still didn't
