I have received the email stating that my Pre-Order is ready for download, so went and did the 'Check for Available Downloads' and nothing, restarted iTunes and checked again and nothing, now it's the next day and still NOTHING??
The movie I'm referring to is the new "Hansel and Gretel: Which Hunters (2013)"

Only just now I decided to try something else and so went into iTunes, then the iTunes Store and selected 'Account' in the Quick Links menu on the right-hand side, it popped up and asked me to re-login, so I did and low and behold I got a pop-up message stating that I had pre-orders ready for download and if I wished to download them now to click "Ok", so I did and my stalled pre-orders came to life and started downloading... wish Apple could improve on this 😟 but now I'm happier they're downloading 🙂
