I keep getting this error. Earlier today I had an update to the airport utility does this have any thing to do with the sparse bundle being in use???

Pull the power cord from the back of the Time Capsule
Count to ten
Plug the power cord back into the back of the Time Capsule and let it restart to a green light
Try a backup
Report on your results

My time capsule keeps saying that the backup failed because the sparse bundle is in use????
