Will genius bar staff look at my older MacBook and recommend upgrades to improve performance?

🙂 Yeah, I probably should just call them, but it is 10 PM in Las Vegas and they are closed. My MacBook is slowing down and I read some answers on the community as to what to do. From those, it looks like I need more RAM and a larger hard drive. Also, maybe some backup to storage. I don't know if this is possible on my MacBook, so I have to find out and think the Genius Bar personnel would help. Do they do this stuff? 😕
