I have a late 2011 Macbook Pro and according to Apple I should be able to do AirPlay. The problem is I can't. I've already checked displays preferences and there's no option for airplay. Can anyone advise please? Thanks.

I bought a 15-inch MacBook Pro (late 2011 model) in January 2012.
I've been trying to AirPlay using my Macbook with my Apple TV. All my other apple products work well with my Apple TV when it comes to AirPlay but I can't seem to find an option on my MacBook to activate AirPlay.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Apple website says Late 2011 models should be able to AirPlay.
MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)
