Q: ■In Windows 7 and Vista, choose Start > All Programs > iCloud > iCloud

I would like to upgread the storage but cannot find "iCloud" in "All Programs". What is wrong?

Should be in All Programs>iCloud. If you can't find it there, try going to control panel and search for "iCloud".
