How do I change the facebook associated with Game Center?

I tried to connect a game with my Facebook account and was informed I could not because my Game Center account was associated with another Facebook account. I don't have another Facebook account anymore (I deleted it, and not just deactivated but sort of maybe claimed to Facebook it was my email address being used and not my account so they deleted it completely). Now I cannot associate my new Facebook. How would I do this?
