How do I track it back ?
Btw, I have the serial number of phone. Is it possible to assist ?

Report it to the police and change your passwords and alert your carrier
If you had set up an iCloud account on it, and enabled the find my phone setting, you could search for it by logging into your iCloud account in a web browser.
Otherwise, report it to your local police and your carrier. Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen items (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2526), and there is no way to track a device with the serial number (at least not without involving law enforcement in the process).
An iPhone that has not been activated cannot be tracked. Report to the police, your insuance, and if it is locked to a cellular carrier, report to them so they can blacklist the IMEI number if the offer that service.
