When I publish my website to a local server (file), None of the adlbums or images are appearing.
I would really appreciate some help with this!!

What browser are you using to view the web pages? If it Chrome it won't work unless the files are on a online server designed to host websites. It doesn't work locally. If that's the case try Safari.
If you are using Safari do the display correctly when published to a folder on your hard drive?
What version of iWeb are you using?

Thanks, I was using Chrome to view the page, Safari works fine, so if I upload via FTP, I can view the page in Chrome?

If you publish to a local server you won't have that problem.
But publishing to a folder is not the same as a local server.
Unless that folder is in the Sites folder in your Home directory or in the Documents folder in /Library/WebServer/ and you have enabled your Mac's built-in webserver.
Yes. Safari and Firefox work locally but Chrome requires a server, online or local.
