Since iTunes update, Apple TV will not show in iTunes.

I have tried everything. All software up to date. Apple TV (1st Gen) has being re-set to factory settings and updated aagin. Router, Mac, etc re-booted several times now. It is now June and still Apple TV will not show in iTunes. Both the Mac and Apple TV are connected to the router and both can access the internet, etc.

But Apple TV WILL NOT SHOW IN ITUNES. Even Apple staff have said its the software update. When will Apple issue a fix???
