everytime I try to download Free App's it wants my credit card info, It is not because podcast is busy...please reply with any help..thx

every since I had to dump everything off my phone onto my computer Pics, music, notes, etc nothing wants to load back on right. Trying to put all the free apps I had back on my phone...Pandora, Barcode Scanner, etc always wants my credit card information, and I can't go any further.

What is going on???
