Q: changed devices - how to access my photos from the old device

I upgraded to iphone 5 without backing up my phone.  Then I remembered the photos are on photostream!  How do I access them?

    Sign into the same iCloud account in Settings>iCloud and turn photo stream to on.  However, photo stream photos are only kept in iCloud for 30 days.  When you enable photo stream on your new phone, you will only get photo stream photos from the last 30 days.

     

    If you still have the old phone, you can import the photos to your comptuer and sync them to your new phone.
