I recently purchased a Imac Core7 and wanted to use airplay mirroring with my sony bravia hdhtv and my apple tv (version 5.2.1).
when i turn airplay mirroring on i only get audio -no video, actually static video screens of imac do show. my airplay mirroring works ok with my ipad ( ist gen) and my iphone 4. any suggestions, my wifi is a cisco e3200 .

thanks but those instructions are for ios. issue described is on macbook (mba in my case). worked yesterday. nothing today. somebody told me to switch off and on wifi. no success. other people suggested changing the language settings. no difference. went to the genius bar. they couldn't do anything and said they escalated to an engineer but i never heard back. would really appreciate someone taking this on. doesn't seem i'm alone with this issue...
