When I update to IOS 7 will all my music contacts photos ect... Be deleted

If you are a developer you should not be discussing unreleased software in public forums. Use http://devforums.apple.com. If you are not a developer, you cannot legally download iOS 7 until the public release.
If you update when iOS 7 is available in the fall:
- If you update via Settings>General>Software update nothing will be lost unless there is a glitch. They happen sometimes. Therefore, make sure all your media is backed up and yo have an iPod backup

- If you update via iTunes, all your synced media like apps and music has to be in the iTunes library
