iMac setup keyboard problem

Hi,

I just got my new iMac 21.5

open starting the iMac i selected my language and my magic mouse connected no problem.

Now i have a screen telling me to connect my keyboard...i have press the on button it all it does it flash a green light?

It will not connect to my iMac I have left it for around 30 minutes now
