When working in Plug-Ins,PT Lens.a lot of empty folders appear,Can I safely delete these empty folders?

Hallo There;

When I use the PT Lens Plug-Ins a folder is created which appears to be empty.They are named: PTLens.ApertureEdit (1) numbered in sequence for the total.Lets say 10.Is it safe to delete these folders as I am worried that by deleting the masters also are vanished ?
