My favorites on safari are gone after I did an i loud update

I lost my favorites for safari on my iphone 5 so I put them back on phone through iTunes.

Then I did an icloud back up through wifi and now I lost them again!!!!!!

I want them back but don't want anyone or thing messing with them ever again, how do I do it ?
