Yes, im sure its secure. I singed in to icloud on my husband's phone and he ended up having to delete it. Thats when they send me the email to confirm my info.
Ok, just wanted you to be sure because there have been many attempts to access personal information lately from hackers claiming to be from Apple.
Im not sure if its the code on the credit card because it already in a different line.

Sorry, perhaps I misunderstood the situation. Are you saying you were sent an email by Apple asking you to confirm your iCloud account information, including your ID and password? If so, what, exactly, did this email say. I ask because there have been may fraudulant attempts to get iCloud users to "confim" their iCloud information in recent weeks and as far as I know, Apple has never sent such an email to anyone.
Simply deleting an iCloud account from a device wouldn't trigger anything from Apple. It doesn't disable the account in any way; it only deletes the account from the device, not from iCloud. You should be able to go to icloud.com from your computer and sign in right now. You should also be able to go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with the same credentials.
