Q: Secure Link to iTunes Store Failed

Ever since I had my harddrive replaced and had to reinstall iTunes I have not been able to log in with my Apple ID account nor load the iTunes store. Running a network connectivity test my resuls were that the secure link to iTunes store failed. Here are my full results:

iTunes has never successfully accessed the iTunes Store.

I have tried the "netsh winsock reset" fix (https://discussions.apple.com/message/22213998#22213998) and even used Autoruns (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123?viewlocale=en_US) to see where the LSP was coming from when that didn't work. However, the only LSP it found was  Bonjour by Apple Inc.

I just don't know what to try next!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
