help

hi i have problem which is wwhen i bought my iphone 5 i didn`t find Facetime what should i do please help me

Where are you from? Do you mean you don't have the ability to FaceTime from your iPhone 5 on iOS 6.1.4 right now?

I would definitely try a restore in your iTunes, and if that doesn't fix it, take it to your nearest Apple Store and see what Genius can look at for you... that shouldn't be the case.
