i upgraded my second generation ipod,to iOS 4.3 now i can't download any apps

I'm not sure if I can or cannot use my second gen. ipod touch, since I've upgraded. Is there a way I can download apps on it now, or should I just cut my losses? I tried to download apps on it, but it tells me, that I need at least iOS 5.

iPod touch, iOS 4.3.3

Since most of the apps require an iOS newer than 4.3, you'll have to get a newer device than an iPod 2G, sorry.

You said you upgraded your 2G iPod to iOS 4.3. Just how did you do that? A 2G can only go to 4.2.1 unless you hacked it. If hacked that is the cause of your problem and we can't help you.
