Okay so I backed up my iPodTouch 5 on iTunes. I sent my ipod in to be fixed. I got it back and now it won't go back to where I backed it up last. It just says Error has occured. And my i Message said it wouldn't let me back on because my other Email was in use.. Even though I'm not using it. I'm so confused.

What is the exact wording of the error message when you try to restore from iTunes backup?
