iOS 7 will be released this Fall.
These are the officially supported iOS 7 devices:
- iPhone 4
- iPhone 4S
- iPhone 5
- iPad 2
- iPad 3
- iPad 4
- iPad Mini
- iPod touch 5th gen

Thank you James, I know its already been launched, but when I connect my phone, itunes dosent ask me to download new iOS. I want to find out, when its going to be available to be downloaded? are you using it?
You are wrong. It hasn't been released. A beta version is only available to developers at this time. This has been covered dozens of times in these forums the past few days. Please search before posting.
The iOS7 Beta 1 has been released to Developers only. You can only update to 6.1.4 through iTunes. However, you can update your iTunes to iTunes 11, but this isn't going to give you the access to the download.
You would need to be a Apple Developer or have your UDID registered with someone's Dev account to download it.
