My computer Mac book air is not getting boot. I call and he is appearing the apple symbol, but it can not display the initial screen. Does have any tips for me to try to connect it, please?

My computer Mac book air is not geting boot. I try to turn on and appear the apple symbol, but it can not display the initial screen . Does have any tips for me to try to complete the turn on , please ?

You don't say which MBA model you have, or what Mac OS X version, but try doing an SMC reset, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964 and if that does not help start in safe mode by holding the shift key. That will take longer than normal to start and will show a grey screen with a progress bar as it reboots. If the machine boots ok, then do a normal reboot and see if it will restart.
