Q: how to reduce size of AAC file

I'm trying to upload a music file to icloud but the file is larger than 200mb and it's not allowing me to do it. The file is an AAC file would anyone know how I can reduce the size of this file.

You'll need to create a copy at a lower bit rate. If you're using iTunes 11, see:
