Q: Events entered on my iPhone 5 are not syncing to my iCloud calendar on my pc

I've double checked my settings, turned all devices/computer on/off, logged out/logged back in;  still my events/calendar is not syncing to my web-based iCloud calendar.  What am I missing?  My iPhone 5 doesn't want to sync with many of my apps.
