Well i was having the same issues very random pings etc but here is the deal!
When i just run a ping it is very random latency issues and so on.

My guest is is has something to do with appnap!
Although it seems more sensitive to ipv6 traffic than ipv4.
So my conclusion is that it is OSX/driver related. Please apple fix this.
