edit account info
I have two iphones-4s
one is used in Canada with Telus and one is used in the USA with Verizon. Can I have two apple accounts, one for use in the US and one for use in Canada? If so how would edit my account info?

You can make any new Apple ID at any time if you wish.
Sign out of the store first, and you should have an option to set up a new one. Keep in mind that you can't merge purchases from both to just one account later on though.
