'notes' has disappeared on my iMac, how do i re-install it?

I have 'Notes' on my MacBook Pro (10.8.3) my iPhone 5S (6.1.4) and my iPad (6.1.3) but not on my intel iMac (10.7.5). Can anyone explain where it has gone to and how I get it back?
